Welcome to the Hawaii Public Housing Authority’s (HPHA) Partner Portal.
The Partner Portal is a 24/7 online service option that will reduce the need for you to call or visit the HPHA during business hours.
As a Registered User, you will have access to:
1. View your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP)
2. View Unit and Family information
3. View Inspection information
4. Submit address changes
5. View HPHA Announcements and much more…

1. Login to the Partner Portal Site
2. Select "Forms" from the menu on the left
3. Select the "FAQ" form available
4. Select Download
